Broken tablet

Not sure how it happened, but recently my tablet broke out of the blue. I tried using it the other day and just didn't turn on. I know it has something to do with the usb connector though. The wire is super loose where it plugs into the tablet and I tried a different chord and a different computer just to make sure but to no avail.

I do have enough money and then some saved up to buy a fancy new one. I've been considering getting a Yiynova msp19u since I've seen some pretty good reviews and they aren't nearly as expensive as the Cintiq. Thing is, that money I've been saving is supposed to go towards a new laptop (since my current one is pretty busted but can still do everything). I want to get a pretty decent one since I'll be playing games and using Photoshop on it but I guess that might mean I'll have to go for a cheaper computer.

So.... I'm not sure what to do. I'm leaning towards a new tablet first since that thing isn't working at all while my laptop just has a broken hinge. I'm a horrible technology mom apparently uvu;;

But if anyone has any recommendations as to what I should do, or know of any pretty cheap but decent laptops that'll be good for gaming, please let me know.

For now, comic pages and art will have to go on another hold. I can upload some school stuff so you guys can see what I've been up to all semester, but otherwise I won't have much unfortunately.
